广水经济开发区于1997年8月，经湖北省政府批准成立，规划面积1 5平方公里。其中：仓储物流区35公顷，火车站核心商贸区30公顷，公共服务综合区1 54公顷，商贸居住区41公顷，滨水商住区24公顷，综合工业区147公顷，食品工业区1 30公顷，机械工业区96公顷，化工工业区1 43公顷。后期开发区拓展区域7平方公里。着重在机械制造、高新电子、药用包装、食品加工等四个优势产业上，加大产业对接合作力度。

投资政策

● 用地补贴(Land subsidies)

1投资工业、农业产业化、文化旅游、现代服务业用地的项目，由土地部门按照核定的蕞低地价出让土地并办理出让手续。

2对一次性固定资产投资达到一定规模和强度的工业项目，按照蕞低土地出让价的一定比例返补，对一次性固定资产投资5000万以上且投资强度达到100万/亩，按蕞低出让价的30%返补给投资者，用于项目配套设施建设;一次性固定资产投资达到和超过1亿元的，实行“一事一议”。

1.Projects that need land for industry , the industrialization of agriculture , cultural tourism and the modern service industry , can be sold at the minimum price approved by the land department and go through the transfer procedures l investors for construction of supporting facilities ; terms can be talked for one-time investment in fixed assets of 100 million Yuan or more .

2.One-time investment in fixed assets reaches a certain size and intensity , a certain percentage can be returned according to the minimum land sale price ; one-time investment in fixed assets reaches more than 50 million Yuan and the investment intensity reaches 1 million Yuan / mu, 30% of the minimum sale price can be the returned to investors for the construction of the project facilities ; and one-time investment in fixed assets reaches over 100 million Yuan , “One Thing One Discussion “ can be the implemented .

● 财政奖励(Incentives)

1、项目投产后其税收符合享受国家税收优惠政策的，按国家政策执行。

2、新工业项目建成投产后，从纳税年度起，三年内按年度实现税收地方留成部分一定比例给予财政奖励。年实现税收300~500万，给予其地方留成部分30%奖励;年实现税收500—1000万，由项目所在地政府给予其地方留成部分40%奖励;年实现税收1000万以上，给予其地方留成部分50%奖励。

1. Preferential policies will be implemented to the investment company for enjoying national tax revenue preferential policies according to national policy.

2. After the enterprises put into operation, tax incentives will be given at a certain percentage of according to the annual retained part of revenue in there years. 30%of the retained part will be rewarded for annual revenue of 3-5 million Yuan; 40% of the retained part will be rewarded for annual revenue of 5-10 million Yuan ; 50% of the retained part will be rewarded for annual revenue of more than 10 million Yuan .

● 规费减免(Fee remission)

工业项目在行政审批中的市级行政性收费一律免交，中介服务性收费按标准下限的20%以下收取。

The municipal administrative fees of projects in the administrative examination and approval shall be exempt, the local service fees shall be charged by 20% at the lower limit.
